The rules for using OSSAIX and interacting with the projects we curate. Please read carefully before using our services.

Acceptance & Eligibility

By using OSSAIX, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 13 years old to use OSSAIX.
You must be legally able to enter into these terms.
If you use OSSAIX on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
Continued use of OSSAIX after changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Keep your account secure and provide accurate information.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities under your account.
Information you submit (projects, descriptions, links) must be accurate, lawful, and respect third-party rights.
We may edit, feature, or remove submissions to maintain quality and safety.
You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Use OSSAIX responsibly and do not interfere with others.

No scraping, crawling, or automated access that degrades service availability.
No malicious code, security probing, or attempts to bypass access controls.
No misuse of OSSAIX to harass, spam, misrepresent, or infringe intellectual property.
No uploading of malware, viruses, or harmful content.
No impersonation of other users, organizations, or OSSAIX staff.

You retain ownership; you grant us permission to display your submissions.

You retain all ownership rights to content you submit to OSSAIX.
You grant OSSAIX a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and promote submissions within the directory.
Upstream projects remain governed by their original licenses. Always review license terms before adopting code.
OSSAIX trademarks, logos, and branding may not be used without prior written permission.
You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide.

OSSAIX links to repositories, docs, and external sites we do not control.

Third-party content is provided "as is." Your use of external services is governed by their terms and policies.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party websites.
Links to external sites do not imply endorsement by OSSAIX.

The directory is provided as-is without warranties.

OSSAIX is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee accuracy, uptime, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
OSSAIX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to OSSAIX in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Terms for paid submissions and premium features.

When and how accounts or access may be terminated.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your dashboard.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms.
Upon termination, your right to use OSSAIX ceases immediately.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Legal jurisdiction, how we update these terms, and how to reach us.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vietnam.
We may update these terms to reflect product or legal changes. Material updates will be noted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
